About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Growth Manager to join our team. As the Manager – Growth & New Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our organization. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities aimed at enhancing our community, developing new business products, and fostering growth through innovative strategies.

Location:

Panchkula (Chandigarh Tricity). This is a full-time in-office role.

Responsibilities:

• Research, strategize, and develop new products (courses) for Young Urban Project.
• Identify and onboard relevant faculty partners for the programs.
• Work with the content and design team to create marketing communication for the brand and products.
• Work with faculties to design and structure course content & curriculum.
• Do competitor benchmarking to identify gaps in the market and find opportunities for growth.
• Track and analyze data to evaluate the success of initiatives and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Test and find successful initiatives that drive overall revenue growth for the company.

Skills Required:

• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in go-to-market strategies and tactics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change.
• Having good presentation-making skills is an added advantage.
• Should be smart and self-motivated

Skills Required:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in sales.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in inside sales is a plus.
• Should be smart and self-motivated
• Should be a graduate/post-graduate
