Business Development Associate

About the Job:

As a Business Development Associate for Young Urban Project, you will play a key role in growing the business by identifying and converting leads. You will work alongside the program team to ensure a structured lead-to-conversion journey.

Location:

Panchkula (Chandigarh Tricity). This is a full-time in-office role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed set targets.
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and innovative ways to drive revenue.
• Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize inside sales techniques to engage with potential customers and drive the sales process.
• Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  

Skills Required:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in sales.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in inside sales is a plus.
• Should be smart and self-motivated
• Should be a graduate/post-graduate
