You’ll join as an Asst. Manager/Manager Performance Marketing. As a Performance Marketer at Young Urban Project, you’ll contribute to driving Customer Acquisition for various products in the portfolio. You will help build effective ad campaigns and design high-converting user journeys/funnels. You will also use analytics to make decisions and improve profitability for the company. Ultimately, you’ll be part of helping hundreds of thousands of learners transform their careers. We are looking for smart, creative dynamic individuals with outstanding analytical skills, who can take ownership and demonstrate measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Setting up effective planning and strategizing performance marketing activities
  • Planning of user acquisition campaigns that support growth initiatives while meeting budget requirements
  • Handle end-to-end management of Performance Marketing
  • Build processes to streamline Optimization, Campaign Management, and Analytics activities for the Product portfolio
  • Design a growth plan to expand the business
  • Manage a budget, allocate proper spending across all channels, and continuously work on enhancing the ROI
  • Ensuring the best possible spent optimization by continuously optimizing campaigns based on learnings from multiple A/B tests across creatives, targets, and other strategies
  • Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization
  • Proactively learn best practices from the industries that are relevant to the business and share them among the team.
  • Uncover creative, non-traditional, and cost-effective new methods of acquiring users
  • Brainstorm new and creative performance marketing strategies

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A graduate/post-graduate with minimum 2 years of experience as a performance marketer in Digital Marketing
  • Experience with Google ads, Facebook ads, performance-based marketing, and data analytics is a must
  • Creative mindset with good hands-on experience with quantitative data
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team leader
  • Working experience in high-growth B2C or EdTech start-ups is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, to advertise & optimize campaigns, and analyze traffic data hence solving problems.
