You will join as an Asst. Manager/Manager Paid Advertising. As a Paid Ads Specialist at Young Urban Project, you’ll contribute to driving Customer Acquisition for various products in the portfolio. You will help build effective ad campaigns and design high-converting user journeys/funnels. You will also use analytics to make decisions and improve profitability for the company. Ultimately, you’ll be part of helping hundreds of thousands of learners transform their careers. We are looking for smart, creative dynamic individuals with outstanding analytical skills, who can take ownership and demonstrate measurable results.
Location:
Panchkula (Chandigarh Tricity) – The candidate must be willing to relocate as this is a full-time in-office role.
Experience Required:
2-4 years in paid advertising
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
- Setting up effective planning and strategizing performance marketing activities
- Planning of acquisition campaigns that support growth initiatives while meeting budget requirements
- Handle end-to-end management of ad campaigns
- Build processes to streamline Optimization, Campaign Management, and Analytics activities for the Product portfolio
- Manage a budget, allocate proper spending across all channels, and continuously work on enhancing the ROI/ROAS
- Proactively learn best practices from the industries that are relevant to the business and share them among the team.
- Uncover creative, non-traditional, and cost-effective new methods of acquiring users
- Brainstorm new and creative performance marketing strategies
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A graduate/post-graduate with minimum 2 years of experience as a Paid advertiser
- Experience with Google ads, Facebook ads, and Google analytics is a must
- Creative mindset with good hands-on experience with quantitative data
- Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team leader
- Demonstrated ability to manage, to advertise & optimize campaigns, and analyze traffic data hence solving problems.
