About the Job:
As a Business Development Associate for Young Urban Project, you will play a key role in growing the business by identifying and converting leads. You will work alongside the program team to ensure a structured lead-to-conversion journey.
Location:
Panchkula (Chandigarh Tricity). This is a full-time in-office role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and innovative ways to drive revenue.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize inside sales techniques to engage with potential customers and drive the sales process.
- Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
Skills Required:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in sales.
- Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in inside sales is a plus.
- Should be smart and self-motivated
- Should be a graduate/post-graduate
